A case of the Mondays...

It's Monday.  Vomit.  Despite the Monday-ness of this day, my mind of reeling with an exciting opportunity that came my way this past weekend.  Smacked me in the face really.  I don't want to go into too much detail because it is not 100% set in stone.  Yet.  But I will say that this latest development has me recalling some of my favorite eateries from around the world and gathering some delicious inspiration.  Take a look...
